The shape of the curve takes into account both the basic states of deciduous trees, the state of foliage, and the state after foliage fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main input of the program are series of NDVI rasters and a mask of tree species distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"993\" height=\"447\" src=\"https:\/\/gis.tuzvo.sk\/phenoprofile\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/phenoprofile2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The parameters of the double logistic function are calculated for each point representing a tree species.
